Dilnoza spent six years with a Big Four advisory practice in Central Asia before going independent, leading more than 30 consumer and retail studies across the region. She has sized markets and tested launch propositions for global FMCG, fashion, and QSR brands entering Uzbekistan, and runs field programs in all 14 regions in Uzbek and Russian. She holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.

Aziz covers energy and infrastructure after a decade that included a multilateral development bank's Tashkent office, where he worked on power-sector reform, solar auctions, and PPP feasibility. He has modeled independent power projects from tariff structure to bankability and advised bidders in three national renewable tenders. A CFA charterholder, he pairs an engineering degree with project-finance rigor.

Elena began her career in banking supervision before moving to a regional fintech scale-up, giving her both the regulator's and the operator's view of Uzbekistan's financial sector. She has supported due diligence on bank privatization processes, built market maps of the payments landscape, and advises investors screening fintech and lending opportunities. She holds an MBA and works in Russian, English, and Korean.

Jamshid spent twelve years in supply chain and commercial roles with multinational manufacturers in Uzbekistan, latterly leading regional logistics for an FMCG group. He has mapped customs regimes and trade corridors from China to Europe, run localization studies for automotive suppliers, and helps clients turn tariff and transport data into siting decisions. He works in Uzbek, Russian, and Turkish.
