Farruh is a finance leader with more than a decade in multinational and industrial companies, including financial planning and analysis with British American Tobacco and CFO-level roles in manufacturing. He has built market assessments, entry feasibility studies, financial models, and management-reporting systems that hold up to lender and investor scrutiny.

His experience spans market research and demand analysis for companies entering Uzbekistan, capital-raising support, cost and margin optimization, and preparing companies for transactions. At Oxus Advisory, Farruh leads the financial consulting practice: feasibility, valuation, and transaction support built to international standards.

Temur is a corporate lawyer who has spent his career at the intersection of international standards and Uzbek regulatory practice. As head of legal and compliance for the Uzbekistan operations of an international industrial group, and previously in private practice, he has advised foreign investors on market entry, entity structuring, licensing, M&A support, and regulatory strategy across manufacturing, retail, and financial services.

He has guided market-entry mandates from regulatory due diligence to full operation — entity setup, free-economic-zone applications, licensing, and compliance reviews. At Oxus Advisory, Temur leads the legal and regulatory practice, keeping clients' structures ahead of Uzbekistan's fast-moving reform agenda.
